Chhattisgarh Board to Release Class 10 and 12 Exam Schedule for 2027 Soon

The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) is preparing to announce the official date sheet for the upcoming 2027 Class 10 and 12 board examinations. While an exact date for the release has not yet been confirmed by the board, expectations are high that the schedule will be made public in November 2026.

This anticipated announcement is a significant milestone for the thousands of students across the state who are currently preparing for their final examinations. Once released, the time table will provide essential clarity regarding the specific dates, timings, and subject-wise breakdown for both high school and higher secondary students.

Expected Exam Schedule and Preparation

Drawing from historical patterns, the board typically releases the examination schedule several months in advance to allow students sufficient time for preparation. For context, the schedule for the 2026 academic session was released on November 24, 2025, leading to the current expectation for a similar timeline this year. While the board has not issued a formal notification confirming the exact day of the release, students are encouraged to stay updated by frequently visiting the official CGBSE website at cgbse.nic.in.

Regarding the broader examination timeline, it is anticipated that practical examinations for both Class 10 and 12 will be conducted in January 2027. Following the practical assessments, the theory examinations are expected to take place between February and March 2027. These dates remain subject to official confirmation, and students should rely exclusively on the final, formal notification issued by the board once it becomes available.

How to Access the Official Date Sheet

Once the CGBSE officially publishes the 2027 date sheet, students will be able to download the document directly from the board's official portal. The document will contain comprehensive details for all major subjects, including language papers, mathematics, science, social science, and various stream-specific subjects for Class 12 students, such as physics, chemistry, biology, accountancy, economics, and history.

To download the schedule, students should navigate to the official website at cgbse.nic.in and locate the section dedicated to the latest notifications or examination updates.
