This counselling process, managed via the MP Online platform, facilitates admissions into government autonomous and private colleges that have secured the necessary permissions from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), or the Madhya Pradesh AYUSH Department.

Registration Details and Important Deadlines

Candidates intending to participate in the second round must ensure their applications are submitted by the deadline of September 30, 2026. To register, applicants should navigate to the UG Counselling section on the official website, select the registration link, and provide the required personal and academic information. After logging in with their credentials, candidates must complete the application form and upload the necessary documentation before submitting the final version.

Following the conclusion of the registration period, the authorities have scheduled a window for form corrections. Newly registered candidates will have the opportunity to edit their details until 5 PM on October 1, 2026. In parallel, the verification of documents is set to take place at designated help centres, running from September 28 through October 1, 2026, concluding at 5 PM.
