The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is nearing the final deadline for the submission of application forms for its Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) undergraduate recruitment drive. Candidates interested in applying for these positions under Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) 07/2026 must ensure their registrations are completed through the official portal before the window closes on November 13 at 11:59 pm.
This recruitment cycle aims to fill 1,688 vacancies across various non-technical roles within the Indian Railways. The available positions include Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk Cum Typist, Junior Clerk Cum Typist, and Trains Clerk. Aspiring candidates are encouraged to finalise their applications promptly to avoid any last-minute technical issues on the official website, rrbapply.gov.in.
To participate in the recruitment process, candidates must visit the official regional website of the RRB and select the application link designated for CEN 07/2026. The process requires applicants to create an account by providing the necessary personal and educational details. Once registered, candidates can sign in using their mobile number or email address to complete the application form, upload the required documentation, and process the application fee payment.
The Railway Recruitment Board has established a policy regarding the refund of application fees for those who participate in the first stage of the Computer Based Test (CBT). For candidates in the General, EWS, and OBC categories, a partial refund of INR 400 will be issued after the deduction of applicable bank charges. Meanwhile, candidates belonging to SC, ST, ExSM, PwBD, Female, Minority, EBC, and Transgender categories are eligible for a full refund of their application fees following their appearance in the first stage of the examination.
All applicants are advised to verify their eligibility and ensure that all information provided in the online form is accurate before final submission. As the deadline of November 13 approaches, the board has emphasised the importance of completing the entire registration process, including the payment of fees and the submission of the final form, within the stipulated timeframe. Candidates should retain a copy of their submitted application for future reference throughout the recruitment process.
